What is Brain Health Coaching?
Our Brain Health Coaching is offered through the National Brain Health Center (NBHC) which is based on a partnership between CounterPoint Health Services and the BCAT® Research Center.
Our focus is improving and maintaining brain health and well-being as you age. As you learn more about the connection between lifestyle habits and brain health, you will find making small changes can have a big impact on your cognitive and mental health.

How do I get started with Brain Health Coaching?

Take myMemCheck®. If you score a 5 or above, you could participate and benefit from coaching. If you score below 5 and you are still interested in coaching, still reach out via the form below and a coach can discuss options.
The BCAT®-SF Virtual Visit is a great option if you want a little more information about your cognition. This is administered by one of the BCAT® professionals. During this visit, share with the professional that you are interested in coaching and they will be able to provide additional information.
